Member grievance, appeal and State fair hearing

We always hope that you are happy with Arbor Health Plan and our health care providers.  If you have questions or concerns about your Arbor benefits or services, please call Member Services.  We can help you with most questions and concerns.  If we cannot immediately resolve your questions or concerns, we will investigate the issue and respond to you within 30 days.  If you are still not happy, you have the right to file a grievance, appeal or request a fair hearing with the State.
